A Saigon-based architecture firm has made full use of vibrant colors to create a lively living environment that strikes a balance between form and function.
Once an office space, the apartment is located in a corner of a building in Saigon. The room used to be in disrepair, but the folks at ad+ studio managed to turn the 84-square-meter space into a modern two-bedroom apartment, reports Design Boom.
Specifically, they moved the cooking area closer to the living room and turned the old kitchen into a multi-purpose entertainment and learning space. The apartment also makes use of industrial elements such as exposed bricks, metallic frames and natural wood, in addition to a diverse palette of bright paint colors to round out the contemporary style.
