The house, named Hoa House, rests on an irregular parcel of land formed by two square lots unevenly placed next to each other.
According to the architects at Khuon Studio, the architecture firm that designed the house, the strange placement makes the design process even more fascinating.
"At the beginning, our team was intrigued by the peculiar site of this house, which is formed by two small lots joined by a juncture of over one meter in width. This bridge acts as an important connection of living spaces in the residence," writes the description on Khuon Studio's Facebook page.
Making this task more difficult, the homeowner also wanted to rent out three rooms in the house, which require separate access. The result is a modern-looking home with a touch of rustic charms and greenery.
