Guests can enjoy exclusive access to the picturesque islet where each of the 60 luxurious private pool villas await. Each villa features an open-plan living room that seamlessly flows into an outdoor terrace with stunning views of the Nipa palm forest or the Thu Bon River. The spacious bedroom boasts a sunken bathtub overlooking the pool, and an en-suite bathroom with a refreshing shower.
Wellness-Inclusive Journeys
All resort guests can enjoy an inclusive 90-minute well-being journey per person, per night at Lumina Wellbeing, the spa and wellness heart of Namia River Retreat, consisting of:
- Custom herbal remedy prescription in the apothecary;

The Merchant also hosts immersive culinary experiences, from artisan Vietnamese coffee and “Born to Bánh Mì” workshops to tastings of sustainably produced wines. The Merchant River Cruise, a sunset and dinner cruise on the Thu Bon River, is set to launch in early 2026.
The Fisherman Restaurant + Pool Bar celebrates Hoi An’s fishing culture with a seafood-focused menu blending traditional Vietnamese flavours and modern techniques. Set poolside with panoramic river views, it features fresh wild catch of the day, foraged herbs from the Cham Islands, and dishes that showcase the region’s natural bounty.
